Cooling & Stabilization: The film is rapidly cooled to lock in its structural integrity and clarity.
Stretching: Pre-stretched or machine-stretched to enhance tensile strength and load-holding capacity.
Rolling & Cutting: The film is precision-wound onto cores and cut to customized widths and lengths.
Quality Inspection: Each batch undergoes rigorous testing for thickness, cling force, and tensile strength to meet international standards.
